Buena Vista is located in a quiet green area of Varna, 100 m away from the main motorway leading to the resorts Golden Sands and St.Constantine. Mostly green forest area, calm and clean, situated on a high area of the city. You can see most of the area from the villa and in the night the view is amazing.

By car (from Varna Airport, 10 km): - Leave the city centre at the main T-crossing near the Cathedral. - Turn left towards the main boulevard Maria Louisa. - Drive along the main road until you reach a split in the road. - Take the road on your left towards Albena and Balchik. - Keep going until you reach a red old house with a restaurant named "Nikova Kashta", situated on the left side of the road. - Right after it there is the bus stop. Drive on for 200 metres and turn right after the sand and gravel warehouses - Turn left onto a gravel road and then immediately right and you are there. By bus (from Varna Airport): - From the Airport you take the bus number 409 - When you reach the centre leave the bus and cross the road, opposite the Cathedral, in front of the KFC restaurant. - Here you find another bus stop from where you take bus number 31. - Ask for the "Mosta" (bridge) bus stop. - Watch for the big red old-style house with a restaurant and get off the bus there. - Walk 200 metres, turn left and then right and you will see the Villa Buena Vista.
