The complex contains 90 rooms: 77 double, 8 single, with a possibility for internet-connection, 4 apartments and one apartment de luxe. Each room offers individual air-condition adjusting, TV-set with satellite and other programs, telephone with unique number for outgoing and incoming calls, various mini-bar.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
