Amfora Beach - Sunny Beach

The Amphora hotel complex is located in the southern part of the Sunny Beach resort, 100 metres from the beach, and is about 1 km away from the historic town of Nessebar. The hotel's eastern and northern ends overlook protected dune formations. It features an outdoor swimming pool with fresh water and an integrated children’s pool. Deck chairs and sunshades are available for free (limited number). In the northern part there is a volleyball court for beach volleyball and a children’s playground. Tourists can use individual safes at the receptionist’s desk. Next to the hotel (50 metres) there is a taxi rank and the initial stop of the tourist trains, which take you to the centre of the complex every 15 minutes.

The conference hall has a capacity of 90 guests. It is equipped with a flip chart, photocopiers and internet access is available in close proximity.

Sunny Beach is the most famous and indisputably one of the most beautiful resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is located in a beautiful bay, which, in its southern part, borders Nessebar – a unique historic monument of the Bulgarian culture. The northern part of the complex reaches the southern slopes of Stara Planina mountains. This unparalleled combination of sea and mountains creates exceptionally favourable climactic conditions for the most part of the year. The complex has a unique location. It is only 35 km away from Bourgas, the biggest tourist centre in our country, and 30 km from Bourgas airport one of the most modern airports in the country. The landscape of Sunny Beach is flat, differing significantly from other big Black sea resorts. The bottom of the sea is sandy with a gradual slant and no surprising depths. The beach is about 5.5 km long and 40 to 50 metres wide on an average, characterized by fine, homogeneous sand. There are dune formations in its western part, which comprise a national reserve of 86 hectares in size.

The Versailles restaurant (built in Louis XIV style) has 135 seats in the main hall and 100 seats on the spacious terrace overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool. The Lingotto restaurant (Italian style) has 190 seats in the main hall and 70 seats on the terrace by the pool. Choose from selected wines from 11 regions and watch your meals being prepared in the open kitchen (show cooking) from this year on. There is also an Irish pub. The cosy lobby bar with a rich cocktail menu invites you to relax and an all-inclusive bar serves the guests at the outdoor pool.
