The 4-star Glarus condominium is located in the Northern part of the Golden Sands resort, very close to the yacht port and the local amphitheatre. It is situated on the promenade, which separates it from the beach. An exceptionally quiet location, away from the congestion and clamour of the resort centre. The hotel complex consists of 2 connected buildings. The 1st has 11 floors, situated perpendicular to the beach. The 2nd has 4 terraced floors, standing parallel to the beach. In addition to accommodation, the hotel also includes a restaurant with a sea-facing terrace, a lobby bar, swimming-pool bar and a beer garden.

Golden Sands is 18 km north of the city of Varna and near the Golden Sands National Park.
