Conveniently situated only 400 metres from the gondola lift in Bansko at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, the Knights Lodge Apartment House And Spa Center is a short walk to the old town and various attractions. The apartments sleep up to 4 people and are fully furnished. There is a spa within the complex including a gym, a sauna and Jacuzzi. Ask at Knights Lodge reception for details and availability during your stay. The Irish bar (formerly the Sir Galahad bar) on the ground floor serves meals daily and you can often listen to some live music. There are also dozens of restaurants and Mehanas (local taverns) close to Knights Lodge.

Bansko ski resort offers skiing facilities that will impress any skier who appreciates modern lifts, the latest in ski and snowboard equipment as well as low prices.There is a gondola with 8 seats, several express quad chairlifts and an extensive snow making system. During the summer Bansko is a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Pirin Mountains. There are wonderful walking and climbing paths. The many outdoor swimming pools and health spas and a day trip to the nearby dancing bear rehabilitation park is well-worth a visit. Bansko has several hundred taverns ("mehanas") offering fantastic food and drink.

From the Airport: The hotel can arrange private transfers to drop you off at the Knights Lodge apartments (prices on request). By Bus: Public buses can be taken from both the central bus station and Ovcha Kupel bus stations in Sofia. A scheduled bus also runs from Sofia Airport to Bansko - details can be provided on request. By Car: - As you enter Bansko there is a supermarket on the left-hand side of the main road – take the right-hand turn (River Glazne will be on your left side). - Continue south towards the ski gondola - take the 1st bridge over the river and turn right once you crossed it. - Keep going with the river on your right-hand side. - After a few kilometres you arrive at a y-junction – ‘Lions Bar’ on your left-hand side and a large hotel ‘Strazhite’ on the right (set back from road). - Turn left then immediately right (after 100 metres you will pass Hotel Bulgaria on the right-hand side). - Continue to the end of this street and turn right. - After around 100 metres you will see the Irish Bar (formerly ‘Sir Galahad’ bar) on the left. - The reception for Knights Lodge is on the other side of the building.
